Job Brief
The primary role of a receptionist is to welcome customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring their enquiries and clerical operations of the office.
• Welcomes customers to the business in a friendly and professional manner
• Answers or refers customer enquiries
• Operates phone system correctly, taking messages where necessary
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintains continuity between sales and property management departments
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Managing office supplies
• General administration duties
